One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai seeks a chef with experience running the operations of the dining room and kitchen exclusive to residence guests to ensure continuous quality and consistent standards, delivering extraordinary dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Run the operations of the dining room & kitchen exclusive to residence guests.
• Ensure continuous quality and consistent standards.
• Provide enjoyable and extraordinary dining experience to guests.

Qualifications

• Reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Strong operational experience in a high-quality international cuisine restaurant.
• Creative, dynamic, passionate, flexible, and strong leadership skills.
