As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Chartering Manager to join our freight team and support both internal shipping needs and third-party freight operations.

The Chartering Manager – Dry Bulk will be responsible for chartering vessels (Handy to Panamax) to transport in-house cargoes and leveraging their market network to identify and fix third-party cargoes, optimizing fleet utilization and contributing to the company's freight P&L. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the dry bulk market, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to freight optimization and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and fix suitable tonnage (Handy, Supramax, Ultramax, Panamax) for internal cargo flows on both voyage and time charter basis.
