Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff and caregivers
- Ensure high standards of patient care and resident wellbeing are maintained
- Administer medication and oversee treatment plans where required
- Monitor residents health conditions and respond to medical emergencies
- Assist with staff scheduling, handovers, and shift coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Support and guide junior nursing staff and caregivers
- Liaise with doctors, families, and multidisciplinary teams regarding resident care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and facility procedures
Requirements: - Registered Nurse qualification with valid SANC registration
