Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
• Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and channel partners
• Build strong, long-term relationships with distributor management and sales teams
• Drive partner enablement through training, product knowledge, and sales support
• Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, and forecasts
• Collaborate with marketing to execute channel marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and new channels
• Manage pricing, incentives, and partner programs in alignment with company policies
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and brand guidelines
• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management
