**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Provide visibility to the Business Units of the Funnel based on quality and status of the main opportunities by Period and Quarter within her territory.
- Own monthly POR commitments within her territory through constant collaboration with the Sales Force, and the management of the channels, and the Business Units.
- Implement and Follow up on corrective actions to improve sales channels performance.
- Provide constant coaching to the sales force (Representatives and Distributors)- Lead Critical Site Reviews- Support and implement territory and product strategies from the Business Units- Ensure accounts and territory allocation compliance- Enforce Sales Force agreements, contracts and compensation compliance- Reach and influence C-Level at key customers- Address and follow up customer's complains by setting an action plan with the Operations Organization- Support the sales force on mitigating possible roadblocks and achie...
