Role: Channel Manager (Calapan Branch)

About You & the Role

As Channel Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day operations—while empowering the team to deliver excellent service and achieve business goals. Reporting to the Branch Head, you’ll work closely with Tellers, Officers, and support units to maintain operational integrity and enhance the overall client experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee daily cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across currencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral.
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all branch activities
