1. Training Strategy & Content Development
- Oversee development and delivery of training to management and staff to ensure that they know how to use the new systems to achieve the new ways of working
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training and communication tailored to different user groups
- Design, implement, and scale role-based training plans tailored to distinct end-user cohorts impacted by massive technology overhauls.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise project managers, functional leads, and external client stakeholders to Map Training Needs (TNA).
- Oversee and actively contribute to the development of robust learning artifacts (user manuals, quick reference guides, interactive e-learning modules, and video tutorials).
