Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of change initiatives within the cybersecurity program.Drive stakeholder communication and adoption strategies for new processes/tools.Monitor progress, manage resistance, and report on adoption metrics.Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.Must-Haves:
