Position Overview
Out client is in the middle of a large, multi-year enterprise transformation , including core
initiatives and M&A-driven change. This consultant will provide hands-on change execution support , partnering closely with an existing change lead to scale adoption efforts across multiple enterprise programs.
This role is focused on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and leader coaching —not just
communications delivery.
