Position Overview
Join our Enterprise Change Management team as a Change Management Lead in a 12-month role. Focus on driving enterprise adoption and achieving business goals through effective change strategies.
As a Senior Change Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Change Management to deliver key initiatives across the organization. You will play a vital role in coaching senior leaders while building readiness, particularly in complex financial services environments. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships will significantly impact our change outcomes.
