The Change Management Administrator will provide essential support in executing change management activities for the SAP S/4HANA project. This role will assist in documentation, communication, training coordination, and general administrative support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist in maintaining change management documentation, including impact assessments, training materials, and communication plans.
• Support the execution of change management activities such as workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare and distribute change-related communications, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
• Track and monitor employee engagement, feedback, and adoption metrics.
• Maintain a repository of change-related reports, dashboards, and project updates.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
