Job Description:

• Project Planning and Execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, for network improvement initiatives.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, establish project governance structures and define roles and responsibilities for project team members
• Operation Process Analysis and Optimization
• Conduct a thorough analysis of our Operations Functions, such as transportation routes, productivity analysis
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations (First Last Miles, Sorting Center, Linehaul), BI to align projects with business objectives and priorities.
• Provide regular updates and reports including project plans, project progress, key performance indicators, and any issues or risks that require attention.
