YOUR ROLE

As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors and drive the enhancement of our service offerings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the delivery of medium‑sized and complex client business transformation initiatives.
• Manage a large client contract, including budgets, resource profiles and billing.
• Contribute to delivery strategies and new offerings by enhancing our Change Management approach and services.
• Play a role in the Programme and Change Practice, enacting and delivering on the 2025 strategy.
• Develop internal training pathways to upskill consultants in areas such as technology‑enabled change, transition change and transformational leadership.
• Lead teams on client delivery and mentor/coach junior team members to enable capability development and growth of the team.
