Provide clinical and strategic leadership for the Ortho department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical excellence, clinical audits, privileging, quality improvement projects, and service line expansion.
• Lead and develop Ortho medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with DOH and SEHA regulations.
• Support performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Consultant Ortho with valid DOH License.
• Strong background in clinical governance and team leadership.
