Become a crucial part of CGI’s global compensation initiative as the Total Compensation Manager focused on Executive Compensation. Drive efficiencies and ensure competitive compensation structures in a dynamic setting.
This managerial role reports to the Director of Global Total Compensation. You will be pivotal in evaluating executive pay programs and conducting market analysis to inform strategic compensation design. Your responsibilities will also include managing Board Member compensation and supporting governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Refine executive compensation programs thoroughly
• Perform benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive standing
• Present recommendations for pay levels and policy adjustments
• Manage ongoing compensation cycles for executives
