Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

Position involves working as an OR CST in a dynamic surgical environment. The candidate will work three 12-hour shifts, from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM, with rotating holidays and weekends. On-call requirements include up to two call shifts per month. Floating between like units may be required based on facility needs. Common surgical cases include Ortho (total joints, spine, trauma), Neuro (crani, spine), ENT (flaps), Robotics, Transplants, Procurements, and Trauma/Burns. The Main Operating Room is in a high-volume trauma center with 21 OR suites covering multiple surgical specialties. The team consists of a mix of Registered Nurses and Certified Surgical Technologists, with a focus on teamwork. Candidates should be prepared for a busy and dynamic environment.
