Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00am-11:00pm shifts . 

Job Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Types of Cases: Regionals (blocks), Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Neurology, high volume Gastroenterology, Gynecology, General. No cardiac or Obstetrics.

Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Must have Florida license

Must be board certified
