* Specialty: CRNA
* Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept. Level 3 Trauma Center. 180-bed facility. Annual ER volume is around 80.
* Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC FT for 3 months with the option to extend. The schedule consists of 8's or 10's between Monday-Friday. No weekends or call.
* Case Mix: Cardiovascular, Vascular, Neuro, General, ENT (limited peds), Urology, Ortho, Robotic, Colo-Rectal, Podiatry, Plastic
* Covers out-of-department services: Non-invasive cardiology, OB, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT & MRI)
* Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
* Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care
* Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia complications
* Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
* Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards
* Support Staff/Supervision: 1 Anesthesiologist to 4 CRNA's - supervised model. OR staff includes RN and scrub techs.
