* 9 AM - 9 PM, 7 PM - 7 AM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 14's + 16's
* Support Staff/Supervision: Medical direction, MD, care team 1:3
* Case Mix: Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids, and OB
* Active License: PA License; APRN or RN: RN only state
* Certifications: ACLS + BLS & PA Child Abuse requirement for license
* Experience Required: 5+ years of CRNA experience
