Schedule: M-F, 6:30a - 4:30p, can vary by an hour or so here and there

Credentialing Timeframe: 5 days

Skills: General, adult anesthesia; Regional Anesthesia

Requirements:

-Active, unrestricted IL License

-Clean Malpractice

-ACLS & BLS Certification

Travel & Lodging provided

Malpractice Insurance provided

Rate is $245/hour
