* Start Date: ASAP
* Duration: 13 weeks with the option to extend
* FTE Needed: 2.0
* Minimum Commitment: Ideally 0.5 FTE or greater
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM (8-hour shifts)

* Practice Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based
* Care Model: Independent practice with MDA support via telehealth
