* Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Day shift rarely over 8 hours and 24 hour in house
* Type of Patients/Cases: General, bariatrics, ortho, podiatry, GI, cath lab
* Type of Care Model (Care Team or Independent): independent
* Miscellaneous Information: Must be a strong independent provider with the ability to manage patients throughout the whole perioperative period.
* Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, PALS, etc.): ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP (recommended)
This is an update on the CRNA rates:
* $210 per hour for 32+ hours per week
* $180 per hour for under 32 hours per week
* Quarterly sign-on bonus , contingent on a minimum of 8 shifts per month.
Structured Sign-On Bonus (Up to $50,000) for a 2-year commitment to be paid quarterly.
