POSITION SUMMARY: A Certified Nurses Aide is a primary member of the nursing team who provides quality care to residents in compliance with philosophies, objectives, resident's rights and established policies and procedures.



REPORTS TO: Nurse on duty or Supervisors; annual performance evaluation by DON/ADON with input from Unit Nurses.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:




+ Actively participates as a team member showing respect, dignity,


accountability, professionalism and ethical values toward residents, family

and staff while maintaining confidentiality.




+ Follows hierarchy and respects and performs all duties asked of them


within the standards of practice.
