Summary:

The Therapeutic Recreation Staff will be responsible for providing extensive unit-based therapeutic activities programming and a modest amount of hospital wide programming. The Therapeutic Recreational Staff will be expected to provide structured group experiences, individualized assessments and one on one treatment to patients. These interventions will allow the patients to develop and practice skill mastery in a number of areas, including, but not limited to, leisure, socialization, communication, and cognition.
