Company Overview

A global real estate investment platform is seeking an accomplished senior executive to partner closely with the Leadership Committee in driving office/commercial asset enhancement, operational transformation, and institutional‑grade exits across its European real estate portfolio.

This is a highly strategic yet hands‑on leadership role focused on maximizing asset value through repositioning, redevelopment, operational optimization, and structured divestment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership

• Work closely with the Chairman and CEO to align asset‑level execution with overall portfolio strategy
• Support senior leadership in portfolio management, strategic planning, and investor engagement
• Act as a key liaison between European operations and global leadership teams
