Position Overview
Key Responsibilities 1. Centre Governance & Regulatory Compliance - Ensure full operational compliance with the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) Child Care Centres Act and Licensing Guidelines.
- Lead, prepare, and maintain the center's standards to achieve and retain SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) certification.
- Manage center registration, licensing renewals, and child/staff records accurately within the portal.
2. Staff Leadership & Talent Development - Drive a positive workplace culture by executing performance reviews, identifying training gaps, and motivating a diverse team of educators.
- Mentor and guide senior teachers in leadership paths and actively supervise the progress of trainee teachers under professional development tracks.
- Oversee manpower scheduling and roster planning to maintain mandatory teacher-to-child ratios at all times.
