Job Responsibilities
Marketing materials and deal support: Work with colleagues in Shanghai and across regional locations to prepare marketing materials including market updates, pricing updates, earning summaries, case studies, peer benchmarking, target company profiles and benchmarking. Contribute on RFPs including industry landscapes, buyer / target screening and investor profiles. Also work independently and contribute to execution including but not limited to preparation of analyst presentations, management presentation, roadshow presentation, information memoranda, due diligence questionnaires and sales force memosFinancial analysis: Analysis and interpretation of financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparables, and financial metric benchmarking for companies.
