Central or SADC Africa Sales Engineer

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and grow sales to meet company targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to communicate value propositions.
  • Conduct market development activities to expand market share.
  • Resolve customer service issues and support debt collection.
  • Ensure effective use of ERP systems and maintain accurate customer databases.

Requirements
  • National Diploma or bachelors degree in Technical/Marketing/Sales (postgraduate an advantage).
  • Minimum 8 years technical sales experience in Africa, preferably in petrochemical/mining.
  • Proven ability in complex B2B sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders.
