Your role: The creation of the Onic News Hub represents a strategic shift toward broadcast specialisation. As an Onic Hub Journalist, you are at the operational heart of Onic’s networked news strategy. Your primary focus is on elite-level content curation, scripting, and on-air delivery.

Operating from our centralised hub, you will compile, voice, and distribute high-quality, bespoke news and sports bulletins for our six local stations. You will seamlessly blend national and international wire copy with hyper-local audio and scripts sent in by our on-the-ground local journalists. This role requires a fast-paced mind and an exceptional broadcast voice, ensuring every station bulletin sounds authoritative, distinct, and deeply connected to its audience.
