**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Cemetery Maintenance

+ Perform and supervises cemetery maintenance and grounds keeping daily workload. Develop work schedule, set deadlines, and delegate assignments. Ensure cemetery services exceed customer expectations. Establish and communicate work, quality, and safety expectations. Coordinate staff work and time-off schedules ensuring appropriate coverage and minimizing overtime; approve timecards.
