- Average Annual Pay: $70,000 - $90,000. Highest earners exceeding $90,000
- No forced dispatch. Earning ability is directly linked to driver flexibility and willingness to accept loads
- Base 70 CPM with an average of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly
- Stop pay: $30
- $100 for layover, holdover (at facility waiting for a load), and breakdown
- Referral Bonus: $1,000 for each driver that stays for at least 30 days
- Monthly Reimbursements:
- $25 cleaning supplies
- $50 for cell phone
- Up to $35 a night for parking
