Job Description:
Monitor and manage operations of CBS, mCBS, and operations of High Value Lane (HVL). Report a summary of data, operational concerns, and proposed improvement procedures to supervisors and other relevant parties. Works with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels. Follow up and clear pending parcel status within the system to maintain the predetermined period. Manage overall problems occur responsible for the cross-communication between shifts and departments Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for the effective performance of activities and respond to fluctuating workloads, anticipating variances in staff and volume.
