We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor/ In Charge to oversee daily catering operations ensure seamless event execution and maintain high standards of service and food quality. This role requires strong leadership excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end catering operations for events contracts and ongoing accounts
- Lead schedule and motivate kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure consistent food quality presentation and service standards across all events
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety hygiene HACCP and UAE regulations
- Control operational costs budgets and supplier relationships
- Coordinate closely with sales teams clients and event organizers to deliver on expectations
- Oversee event setup execution and breakdown to ensure seamless delivery
