Position Overview
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Catering Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service for guests and their food and beverage experience.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
+ Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner.
+ Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management and supervisors.
+ Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ handbook and service standards.
+ Efficiently sets up, maintains, and breaks down for all functions.
+ Is knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.
+ Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered.
