Position Overview

Job Summary
:Located at the Bechtel Gurgaon office, maintains strategic relationship with key suppliers of Instrumentation Items (control equipment, tagged Instrumentation items and bulk materials) suppliers, performs pre-qualification of new suppliers, supports formation of acquisition strategy for instrumentation items for projects, stays abreast with Market challenges/opportunities and shares latest updates with project teams and senior management on as required basis.
Job Dimensions:

Supervision Received
Reports to and receive operational direction from the assigned Supervisor.
Supervision Exercised
May provide supervision, training and guidance to other purchasing/expediting personnel as required.
Contacts
Maintains working relationships with project Supply Chain personnel, project discipline personnel, bidders and suppliers.
