About the role

This role works closely with the Oral Health Category Head and Category Leadership Team including Operating Units (OU) Leads. It provides high‑quality financial insight, performance tracking, and decision support.

As a Finance Director, you will drive delivery of value creation from the Category lens, covering strategy, innovation, communication, expertise, and execution. You will support decision‑making leveraging brand‑level insights, analysis, and disciplined resource allocation to help drive sustainable growth. The role offers an excellent development opportunity to build deep commercial and category finance capability.

Working as part of the Category Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the central team and OUs, and broader stakeholders, to ensure robust financial analysis, clear performance management, and timely identification of risks and opportunities.
