Position Overview
Job Description:
Ensure that company’s products comply with the local food, cosmetic and medical device regulations for both claims and regulatory requirement. Work closely with local FDA authorities to make a relationship as well as update regulation and guideline. Keep up to date with the local food, cosmetic and medical device legislation, guideline and practices. Check and ensure that all documents required for importation are available in advance before products arrive including checking description of products if they are matched with that of invoice. Assists the Merchandising Manager in monitoring merchandising trade plan’s consistent implementation / execution across all stores. Monitors stocks and deliveries to ensure accurate and timely receiving of ordered merchandise items.
