About The Role

Working as part of the spa team in 19 treatment rooms and 5 relaxation rooms, you will deliver treatments with excellent service to both guests and members, including:

• Welcoming clients and creating a personalised service
• Delivering treatments to a 4‑star level of service
• Answering client enquiries on treatments and products available, up‑selling where possible
