We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Client Liaison Assistant to support the Small Animal and Equine Specialist Hospitals at Gatton.
In this casual role, you’ll be the first point of contact for referring veterinarians, clinic clients, students, and staff, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our specialist veterinary hospitals.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Providing high-quality customer service to referring veterinarians, clinic clients, students, and staff, and acting as the first point of contact for the hospitals
Managing appointments, client and patient records, invoicing, and payments using the veterinary practice management system
