Position Summary:
Monitors activity on the production floor, including strict adherence to safety standards, verifying standard work procedures, quality standards, and facilitating training among employees. Oversee the production schedule and reports to supervision the status of changeovers, equipment availability, and personnel issues.
 Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure equipment is operating within specified parameters.

+ Manage Machining associates.

+ Ensure all team members have proper PPE in good condition

+ Communicate schedule requirements and production targets

+ Prioritize jobs/tasks based on requirements from Supervisor

+ Observe Machining changeover tasks for accuracy and correctness

+ Promote safe work procedures in accordance with KAAP safety rules and regulations
