The Specialist, Casting & Talent Operations plays a key role in supporting the recruitment, auditioning, onboarding, and retention of world-class theatrical performers for Princess Cruises' fleetwide entertainment programs. This position supports the casting of dancers, vocalists, aerialists, and specialty performers while helping to deliver an exceptional performer experience throughout the candidate lifecycle.
