Description

Each employee shall be responsible for the safety of themselves and fellow employees around him. The operator/helper must successfully complete the required training and medical exam as well as have a thorough knowledge of the appropriate Job Instruction Breakdown (JIB) for their assigned area.


Duties and Responsibilities:


• The employee is responsible to maintain the equipment in good operating condition. This includes the completion of the Operators Basic Care at the start of each shift.

• Operation of mill machines.

• Production and time entry in MESA computer system.

• Understand - adhere to Job Instructions Breakdown (JIB) for operations within scope of duty.

• Ensure autonomous maintenance of equipment used and housekeeping.
