Vista Medical Center is dedicated to providing continuous nursing, medical, and other health and social services on a 24-hour basis, under physician-directed care and RN supervision. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Account Cashier to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of deposits, balancing daily payments, providing excellent service to both patients and employees, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely service to all individuals who present in person or call the cashier office.

• Receive patient payments and deposits via check, cash, money order, or credit card.

• Calculate and enter daily cash collections on Point of Service reports and forward them to designated individuals daily and monthly.

• Verify and prepare daily cash bags/boxes for registration, gift shop, and cafeteria.
