ROLE SUMMARY:
The Accounts Receivable & Cashier Officer is responsible for managing tuition fee collections, accounts receivable, and debt recovery processes while providing professional support to parents and staff on payment matters. Ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and efficient invoicing processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process and record tuition fees and other school-related payments. Issue debit notes, receipts, payment confirmations, and related documents. Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and update accounting systems. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up overdue payments.
