Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new commercial banking clients within target market segments of the Middle Market, Corporate, Specialty Industries.
- Acquire new and manage portfolio of high deposits/revenue corporate customers, driving deposit growth and revenue performance.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed assigned goals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve key business targets.
Cross Selling
- Cross sell Transaction Banking Cash and Trade solutions & Treasury services such as Foreign Exchange (FX) and Structured Deposits.
- Serve as the primary cash management consultant for a portfolio of existing commercial clients.
