NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. The Case Manager meets and works with individuals to gather information; assess each individual's needs; assess the plan and cost of care; and identify and implement services to meet an individual's needs.
