ROM Planning Intern

Joining as an intern in the ROM Planning team means contributing to one of the most strategic areas of the business: planning how resources are allocated to support sustainable growth and strong marketplace performance across the region. This team plays a key role in connecting financial planning, marketplace analysis, and cross‑functional decision‑making to ensure the business is investing in the right priorities. As a ROM Planning Intern, you will support budget forecasting, marketplace analysis, and portfolio planning across the region, working closely with stakeholders across Growth, Marketing, Marketplace, and Pricing to help align business priorities, understand regional P&L performance, and inform budget allocation decisions.
