Carrier Sales Representative

We are looking for a carrier sales representative with a strong sales mindset and a results‑driven approach to join our team in Medellín. This role is key to securing truck capacity and building strategic relationships with U.S.-based carriers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new trucking carriers to build a strong capacity network.
• Negotiate rates per load, maximizing margins while meeting revenue goals.
• Dispatch drivers with clear pickup and delivery instructions.
• Ensure carriers meet compliance requirements (insurance, operating authority).
• Track shipments through check calls and a tracking tool.
• Resolve operational issues such as delays or breakdowns.
• Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
• Update the TMS with accurate carrier and rate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispatchers and carriers.
