This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$25-35/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Rough carpentry duties such as building and maintaining structural frameworks
+ Metal stud/wood framing, door framing, window framing, drywall installation and load bearing walls in properties such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants
+ Measure, cut and install decorative and functional moldings
+ Hang doors
+ Install windows, base trim, and cabinetry
+ Install hardware and switch plates, appliances, and any necessary window coverings and fixtures needed to complete the assignment
