We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a leading contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out reactive and planned carpentry repairs within occupied and void social housing properties.

* Install, repair and maintain:

* Internal and external doors

* Door frames

* Skirting boards and architraves

* Kitchens and worktops

* Flooring

* Windows and locks

* Fencing and gates

* Complete first and second fix carpentry works.
